Heidi’s ability to offer to you, creative, personal and professional support right where you are has earned her the trust of mothers of all backgrounds and stories for over a decade.  Heidi has served as a professional, certified doula for moms facing crises in the wake of their pregnancy, to help mom navigate which of the parenting paths to take.

Being raised in the foster care system herself, Heidi continues to find ways to use her personal experiences and professional training to serve others who can most benefit.  While pursuing a degree in social work, Heidi heeded the call to switch professions and begin certification in pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting support.  In addition, she has completed training and received certification through the National Council for Adoption in providing comprehensive adoption counseling support.

Preparing for the arrival of a newborn, whether you are the birth mother or the adopting family, can be an overwhelming time, but with the right support, it can be a time of excitement, joy, and peace.
